Faculty Members of the English Language Teaching Program Meet with Practicum Teachers for an End-of-Semester Evaluation Meeting

Faculty members of our English Language Teaching Program met with practicum teachers in an online meeting to conduct an end-of-semester evaluation. During the meeting, the teaching practices carried out throughout the semester and the performance of the students were assessed.

The faculty members and practicum teachers discussed the development of students' teaching skills, the challenges encountered, and potential improvements for the future. Additionally, issues related to improving attitudes towards the teaching profession and providing effective guidance and mentorship to students were discussed.

Furthermore, suggestions for upcoming semesters were also considered during the meeting. The participants agreed on the necessary improvements to ensure that teacher candidates receive a more effective education.
