The department welcomed a visiting English teacher from Iran

On May 14, the Department of Foreign Language Education at Bartın University had the pleasure of hosting Ali Latifi, a distinguished visiting English teacher from Iran.
This visit was a valuable opportunity for both students and faculty members of the English Language Teaching (ELT) program to engage with an international educator, enriching their academic and cultural perspectives.

The visiting teacher met with the deparment members and joined a classroom session where he engaged with the students . The students eagerly asked questions about his teaching experiences and the challenges and rewards of teaching English.

The visiting teacher encouraged students to consider diverse perspectives in their future careers. His presence not only provided practical knowledge but also inspired the students to think globally.

The Department of Foreign Language Education continually seeks to provide its students with opportunities to engage with educators from around the world. This visit is part of a broader initiative to enhance the learning environment through international collaboration and exchange.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to the visiting teacher for his invaluable contributions and look forward to more such enriching interactions in the future.
