Visiting Researchers from Africa Deliver Inspiring Lectures at BARU

As part of the Erasmus+ Teaching Mobility Program, our university was delighted to host Dr. Antony Shabangu and Dr. Maponya Dimpho, distinguished researchers from Africa. Their visit provided an enriching experience for both our students and faculty, offering fresh perspectives and fostering academic exchange.

On Tuesday, December 3, 2024, and Wednesday, December 4, 2024, they delivered engaging lectures on the following topics:

  • Educational Anthropology
  • Introduction to Education
  • World Englishes and Culture

The sessions were interactive and insightful, shedding light on global educational practices and cultural dynamics.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Shabangu and Dr. Dimpho for their contributions and to the Erasmus+ program for facilitating this valuable opportunity for international collaboration and knowledge sharing.
